Our Return Policy
At Assatis Cayan, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags still attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- In original packaging (when applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Final sale items (marked as "Final Sale" at checkout)
- Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage
- Intimates, undergarments, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return process:
- Email us at hello@assatiscayan.pro with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions
- Securely package your item with all original tags and packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance
Return Shipping Costs
United States: Free return shipping on all US orders. We'll provide a prepaid return label.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will:
- Inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Issue the refund to your original payment method
- Send you a confirmation email once the refund is processed
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:
- Return your original item following the process above
- Place a new order for the item you'd like
- To ensure availability, we recommend placing your new order before returning the original
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at hello@assatiscayan.pro
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- Provide your order number
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@assatiscayan.pro within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional charge and provide a prepaid label for the return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to officially post)
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)
